APPCB brings you this Online Public Grievance Redressal System that is aimed at providing the citizens with a convenient and highly effective platform for redress of their grievances. This online, Grievance Redressal initiative not only enables the citizens to lodge their grievances/complaints but also the facility to track the status of their complaints. This facility is also backed by monitoring system at Head office and Zonal levels to ensure that the public grievances are redressed in a quick and meaningful manner.
