Scientific Division / Laboratories

The Scientific Division of the Board had state-of-art laboratories to carry out investigations of samples collected and foster research work aimed at improving the quality of environment in the State. These laboratories are equipped with highly advanced machines and the latest technologies. The laboratories are backed by highly experienced and competent environmental scientists. The Board has a Central Laboratory,  5 Zonal Laboratories, and 5 Regional Laboratories. The laboratories of the Board are equipped for performing all possible analytical works in the field of environment science.

The laboratory also carries out Ambient Air Qulatiy Monitoring (AAQM) and Water Quality Monitoring (WQM) projects. Please click on the tabs below to view the statistics related to AAQM and WQM.
